Supporting individuals, families, and NDIS participants through Specialist Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3), Social Work, Counselling, and Community Access Participation
Based in Adelaide, I provide independent Social Work, Counselling, NDIS Specialist Support Coordination 2 & 3, and support for people living with disability, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances. Whether we meet in person or online, my focus is on providing personalised, compassionate support that empowers you to achieve your goals and navigate services with confidence.
Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support that helps participants understand and use their NDIS plan effectively. A Support Coordinator helps you connect with the right services, build your independence, and get the most out of your plan.
Level 2 Support Coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan, connect with suitable providers, coordinate services and build the confidence to manage your supports.
Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination provides a higher level of support when your situation is more complex. It focuses on addressing significant barriers or risks, coordinating consistent services and developing a suitable service plan where required.
If Support Coordination funding is included in your NDIS plan, you can choose a support coordinator who suits your individual needs and preferences. Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination must be specifically included in your plan to access that level of service.
I currently work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Private, out-of-pocket services are also available for people who do not have suitable funding in their plan.
Personalised support to understand and implement your NDIS plan, connect with suitable providers, coordinate services and resolve issues as they arise. I’ll help you build the knowledge and confidence to manage your supports, exercise choice and work towards your goals.
Specialist support for people navigating complex circumstances, risks or barriers to accessing services. Drawing on my experience in safeguarding, mental health, disability and housing, I coordinate supports, strengthen service responses and help create greater stability while working towards your goals.
As a qualified and experienced social worker with a background in adult safeguarding, disability and complex support needs, I provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual. I can assist with counselling, psychosocial assessments, advocacy within services, navigating complex systems, connecting with appropriate supports and developing practical strategies to improve wellbeing, confidence and independence. My professional experience is complemented by personal insight into the disability support system.
Community Access and Participation Support helps people connect with their community, enjoy social and recreational activities, and feel included in everyday life. I work alongside you to explore what interests you, build confidence and independence, and strengthen your sense of belonging by finding and navigating the supports, groups, and opportunities that are right for you.
Meet with me in the Adelaide CBD, at a suitable location in the surrounding suburbs, or online to discuss your NDIS goals, support needs and next steps.

Within Level 2 and Level 3 NDIS Specialist Support Coordination, I provide ongoing support to help you understand your NDIS plan, choose suitable providers, coordinate access to services, and build the skills and confidence to manage your supports independently.
I can also facilitate case conference meetings with your service providers to ensure everyone is working collaboratively towards the best possible outcomes. In addition, I prepare comprehensive end-of-plan Support Coordination (SC) and Specialist Support Coordination (SSC) progress reports for the NDIS, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
If your NDIS plan does not include Support Coordination funding but you require this assistance, I can provide Social Work services through your Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (therapy) funding. This support can help you navigate complex systems, advocate for your rights, and connect with the services that best meet your needs.
Community Access and Participation Support is available for people living with disability who want to build confidence and become more involved in their local community. This service supports you to develop social skills, connect with community groups and activities, work towards your personal goals, and increase your sense of belonging, wellbeing, and independence in everyday life. Community Access and Participation is typically funded through your NDIS Core Supports budget under Assistance with Social and Community Participation (or other relevant Core funding categories, depending on your plan), making it an accessible option for many participants.
Appointments are available at a private location in the Adelaide CBD or in meeting rooms at the City Library and other suitable libraries. Depending on the nature of the appointment and your privacy preferences, we can also meet at a quiet café in the CBD or surrounding suburbs. Face-to-face and video consultations are available, allowing you to access support in a way that best suits your needs.
Send me a message using the contact form above with a few details about your situation, goals, or the support you’re looking for, and I’ll be in touch to discuss how I can help.
